The Brofeld twist is ridiculous - his entire reason to start up Spectre is because he was jealous of James growing up? It's almost a parody of Bond at this point. The car chase is severely lacking in energy, it's just two supercars driving around Rome with no real urgency or anything to get your blood pumping. Stringing together all the previous Craig films into one narrative didn't work. So Le Chiffre, the dude from Quantum and Silva were all working for Blofeld the entire time? It's a very tired cliche regardless . It also has one of the worst JB theme songs "who's strangling the cat?" to quote Bond. It killed my interest going forward. I still haven't seen No Time To Die. It wasted Christoph Waltz. That's criminal. I did like Dave Batista as the big, silent henchman with the double barreled pistol. UnicornWizard 09/18/25 4:01:45 PM #12:	The opening sequence was so good and got me hyped for the movie. Then the rest of the movie happened. It made everyone so boring. Even the car chase was boring. It just looked like Bond and Hinx were going for a leisurely drive in their fancy cars. As others have said, a huge waste of Cristoph Waltzs talents and the retcons that felt like a huge reach. I can enjoy a bad movie and I like camp. Roger Moore was one of my favorite Bonds after all, but I cant forgive a boring movie. --- Just a nobody. Didnt dislike it though, so voted indifferent. Still better than Quantum of Solace.
