As it turns out pizza for the rest of my life, not counting inflation, would cost about $150k. I dunno why I thought it would be so much more expensive than that. I guess I'm just used to thinking of crappy restaurants as expensive AF.

This. I love Pizza Hut, 5 mil would easily cover my usual Pizza Hut order ever day for the rest of my life with plenty to spare, and even if there's a day where I don't feel like having it, I can either order pizza for someone else or just stock up on bottled water through them or something. The only thing even remotely close to a "downside" is that they carry Pepsi products instead of Coke products, but I could overlook that for enough cash.

It would probably be more than that, but it depends on the order. If we actually eat there its usually $50-55 if we eat in, probably $9 less when we order takeout as drinks usually cost $3 each.

But if you were only ordering because you had to and were going to toss it and eat something else, just order the cheapest thing they have.

Right? Just set up a daily order on auto pay and tell them to give it to someone that looks like they could really use a free pizza. And require them to text me a picture of the person with their pizza to ensure the employees are actually making the pizza and giving it to someone that needs it, not just taking it home for themselves or giving it to the same person every day.

there's no more pizza hut in my town. they closed down years ago.

same with many other places:

quiznos tried to set up shop. subway ran them out of town (closed)
dominos set up shop. pizza hut closed down for good (they been in my town since i was born at least).
dairy queen is dead (this one closed due to franchisee not wanting to operate it anymore).

They do indeed have salads. Something I used to do back in the day was do an order of boneless bits, fries, and a salad, plus a couple pizzas. I would have everything except for the pizzas as my meal for that day, and the pizzas spread out over the next few days.
