Unrelated, but since you're here i have a Finnish question

So i have this Finnish friend, last name Rinta.
I heard the other day (and Google Translate agrees) that supposedly Rinta means 'Breast' in Finnish

Have i been calling him "Titties" this whole time?

You made that? That looks delicious. Greens and meat, that seems like a simple dish so pretty much exactly what I like. As long as it doesn't have dairy I can eat it.

I feel like I'd be most receptive to thai food since it doesn't have a lot of fermentation type meals and I can eat around the peanut sauce, ideally no sauce is best.

I like it too but some people use too much rice powder and makes it taste like sand.

My favorite Thai place makes amazing Larb Gai, which I think is the same thing spelled differently? I get it every time.

Laab is pretty top tier. Especially with some tripe added for texture. So good.

Holy basil (I believe Pad Kra Pao) is also amazing.

Kinda, rinta is more used as chest/bringa more than titties. Tissi is tutte/tit, tuttar are tissit/titties

Yeah. No dairy, Thai food doesnt use dairy. Whats up with no sauces?

A lot of thai food is saucy but authentic thai food sauces arent thick or creamy, like the curries you get there are soup consistency.

That magic powder is necessary, but you gotta grind it nice, and yea use it moderately.

It seems like a dish not made much outside of Thailand. Only seen it once in Sweden ans it wasnt really anything like you get in Thailand.

You gotta try it, they make it usually pretty spicy.

I never tried that when I was in Thailand, was top busy trying out things hard or impossible to find here or hard to make/find ingredients for.
The ones you find in restaurants here is ok.

Next time I make curry Im gonna try making masaman curry paste from scratch, Ive made red curry paste before.

Yeah, I think Laab is more of an Issaan dish that has spread around in Thailand in different version but it originated/coexisted from/with Laos or something.

Yeah Larb/Laab,Lab etc, the Thai language romanization isnt consistant, Laab is closest to how to pronounce it.

Next time I travel to Thailand I want to go Isan, they have a lot of interesting food there I want to try.

Pad Kra Pao in Thailand was amazing, but its hard to comeby Holy Basil here, and you cant really replace it without comprimizing the authentic flavor.
