exactly right, be they corporate stooges, AiPAC stooges or simply right wingers who aren't bigoted enough to win as republicns they always prefer corporate oligarchy ownership over people who actually want to improve the lives of the citizens who don't have six figure bank accounts or donations. This was there before citizens united but after that bull shit was passed both parties leadership effectively enslaved themselves to the wealthy and some of them only dislike Trump because Trump is trying his very best to make sure that money only goes to him, wealthy people aren't gonna give them money if they don't need them anymore.
