Spears are cool. I like swords too and all, but I want more games where you have a spear.

Bonus points if it's the primary weapon instead of an alternate or one of several.

I'd even say Secret of Mana is a contender since the spear is usually the strongest of your weapon choices for most of the game.

Spears are basically a top tier PvE weapon in almost every FromSoft game, you can even properly use them with your guard up with a shield.

Come to think of it, Nioh as well. Nioh has a really fun spear, both of these games are solid choices.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is set in Ancient Greece during the 5th century BCE, thus spears are very prominent.

God of War: Ragnarok has a useable spear as a major plot point. It's a long overdue addition imo, given its wielder is a Spartan from mythological Greece.

Not only that, but both of the poster boys of the Warriors series, Zhao Yun and Yukimura Sanada use spears. And Adult Yukimura in Spirit of Sanada just shows how nuts it can be.

I was also going to mention Dynasty Warriors. Surprised it took 21 posts. Well, since that series was mentioned, I'll mention its sister series Samurai Warriors.
