Forcing people who are unfamiliar with even using a card for payment to suddenly have to scan, bag, and god forbid figure the code for their fruit is asinine. The receipt checkers are a basic LP measure. They look for items that commonly get swiped and big ticket items to make sure they were paid for. Most people simply comply. It's a 50/50 shot of them checking the receipt, i'm kinda friendly to some of the employees sitting by the door so usually they won't ask to see it but there's one who's kinda on a power trip and almost every time he asks to see the receipt. Kroger doesn't do it nor does Meijer which I can't figure out why only Walmart does it. --- I believe in Joe Hendry!! That being said, the whole I dont work here claim is so done to death.
