Even Half-Life 2: Survivor?

After watching that 20th anniversary HL2 documentary, it's pretty clear that we will never see HL3. Basically Gabes excuse is we ran out of ideas, our best writter left and there is no new tech to show off.

I just finished watching a playthrough of HL2. I forgot just how fucked that cliffhanger was.

Apparently theres a rumor that HL3 is fully complete and theres plans to release it this year. Then again the rumor also was its HL related and might not be HL3 lol

HL3 is in testing right now to be released later this year

I've been keeping an eye on the HL3 leaks and it does sound like it's very, very far along, but I've also read Valve has randomly tossed out almost completed games before. >_> So I'm trying to remain wary.

Wish I could, just to share the VR and Alyx love, but alas, this thing is expensive as it is. :( Hopefully you get a chance to play it someday. Maybe keep an eye on used Quest 3 systems, shouldn't be too bad.

If the rumour ends up being true you have to wonder if Rockstar got word of HL3 releasing this year and delayed GTA VI because they didn't want to lose out on GotY :P

Think it depends on how bad it is, but if you do, you can also get prescription VR lenses. I imagine wearing glasses + VR set would be irritating.

Ive had oange box for a decade and a half, played HL on the og XBOX. I cant seem to finish HL2 and the episodes. When I played it on the 360 it was the game that was in the system when it went RROD. Over the years I start then fin8sh HL2 and stop. I think its cursed for me. Great memories though.

I had some friends I would have over on a Saturday. We would play HL2 and the OG Far Cry games and pass the controller around when you died. The bridge and the beach. So many deaths. I remember us try to cross the beach on pallets or anything that was close. My last playthrough I just ran.
