There's really only two handhelds in the market right now. SteamDeck and Switch. If you don't care about Nintendo 1st party titles, then you just go with the one that works best for you. Nintendo's goals are not strictly to compete with other devices, but they are claiming Switch can support 120fps and even 4K@60fps while docked. The best case scenario was $400 but the worst case was $500.
