Shouldnt people change their habits a bit if things are getting too expensive? For 9 bucks you can get a bag of high quality rolled oatmeal that lasts you over a month. I go through about 3 dozen by myself a week. But I'm fine with the prices. I mean sure I will always enjoy cheaper but I live in the #1 egg producing state in the US. Even if you buy from the grocery store you can still get real farm fresh eggs of varying color/size from small family farms that pasture raise them for $4 a dozen. It's still a really good value food for how nutritious, filling, and plain delicious they are. If you buy from a farmer it will be cheaper, and sometimes you may have neighbors or friends who have so many they give them to you. It's not uncommon where I live. Heavy farm country. Maybe like one or two a week from the breakfast sandwich I get from my local deli on Sundays. On the rare occasion I feel like a whiskey sour or an eggnog, then I mix a raw egg in with that obviously. Otherwise, my diet is pretty much just meat, vegetables, fruit, and rice. BlueKat posted... When I started a workout routine I ate 3 eggs a day, but cut that down to 3 eggs every workout day, which is about every two days. So, maybe 9 or 12 eggs a week. I dont know how other people do it, but eating too many eggs a week irritates my stomach, otherwise Id eat more. ... Copied to Clipboard!
