As someone who use to donate to democrats, it seems rather pointless, we donate and donate and donate, raising millions of dollars, and can lose every single swing state to a convicted felon and rapist. The American people's default setting is "horrible" democrats have to work SO hard switch it too good, but right now it doesn't feel worth it because no matter what positive things we do, America will eventually revert back to the factory setting of "horrible" and undo any good done.
