I swear, this has not been my week. I just spoke with the police officers.

I arrived at work about 10 minutes early. Decided to sit and wait a few minutes before going in. Sat there for a few minutes when a guy starts approaching my car. I thought he was going to walk past, and he did at first, but then he backed up and grabbed my door handle kind of backhanded.

I had a bad feeling when he started walking towards my car, and I should've locked the doors then but at the time it didn't cross my mind. But he opened my door and started to get in. I yelled out "Excuse me!?" and he jumped out real quick and walked off.

Maybe, "breaking in" isn't the right term, but some stranger got in my car uninvited. I assume he was going to steal stuff(this isn't the first time someone got in my car here, but it's the first time I was in it).

I could have sworn he saw that I was in it, we made eye contact as he approached. But I guess he didn't actually see me, or maybe he was messed up(though he didn't seem to be). Idk, lol.

I don't know what I've done, but sometimes it feels like the universe verse hates me. I know it was just a random thing, but my god, I'm so tired of stuff like this happening to me. Right now, I just want to be left alone for a month or two.

Thats literally me when it happened. Man, I should've recorded him. Welp, I'm feeling awfully stupid right now that I had my phone in my hand and didn't think to do that.

Yeah, me too. With how it looked like we made eye contact, then he got in anyway, I half expected him to pull a gun or something.

Aw, I didn't mean to make you feel bad. It's not like you're in that situation often enough to think of what to do.

Look on the bright side, at least you were in the car to stop him from taking anything. Hope things do turn around for you.

No worries, I'm just glad it ended up being one weird moment rather a mugging or car jacking.

If your windows are tinted, it's possible he just didn't see you. It's easier to see from the inside than from the outside.

That sucks, but at least you came out of it okay.

Yeah, maybe. Then again this a hotel and the parking lot is full. He might've just moved on if they were locked. Still would've called the cops either way.

Not tinted. When I saw someone approaching, I looked to see if it was someone I knew. It wasn't, but at that moment he was looking at me too. So, idk how he didn't notice unless there was a glare or something, and I don't think there was.

It does. Stay safe out there guys. Remember, lock your doors and if someone gives you bad vibes, pay attention.

Just got home and told Mom about it. She's not happy at all. I was considering not telling her because she'd freak out, but she took it reasonably well.

Dad is just now getting out of bed. Let's see what he has to say.

Honestly, if the universe could hate a person, I wouldn't roll my eyes at your claim. While your life isn't the worst possible, you do seem to attract an awful lot of unfortunate events without them actually being attributable to your actions.

Last time that happened to me he had a piece and drove me around for 2 hours before dumping me in a field in the middle of nowhere, not before taking all my valuables, ya got lucky kid.
