Shootings usually do provoke copycats.

But these people have a very different psychopathy and motivation from school shooters. No one is switching targets from kids to CEOs.

The shooter literally tapped the guy so many times because he wanted his bullet casings to be found. Even if the first shot was fatal he still would have put the rest into the corpse.

The amount of DGAF the internet has for this CEO is amazing.

The actual headline should be

"Hitler jr gunned down NYC."

Police released a photo of the suspect with no mask on. They also started searching the hostel they think he was staying at. Apparently he kept his mask on most of the time there, but took it off at least once and got caught on surveillance during it.

The shooting is a big deal cause the victim was a CEO. Also, nobody cares about the shooting cause he was the CEO of an insurance company. He's Schrodinger's victim.

They're dressed virtually identically, in cases like these it's at least a starting point. If it's a popular jacket there though, it could be virtually anyone.

They're just wanted for questioning it says. Not that they're a suspect. They're probably aware that they can't make a positive ID on the photo alone. And yeah compared to the other footage it really doesn't look like the same person at all.

No they aren't. The old first person has a jacket with pockets on front. The second looks like a quarter zip and no pockets.

It's in the "close enough with the shit tier camera" range that the person is wanted for questioning would be my bet, that's about it as far as is known currently.

Comparing the two, nose structure, eyes, and even wrists appear to be considerably different... But I ain't a cop, what do I know.

Don't really see how this applies here since in the video for this shooting, the shooter straight up ignores a bystander 5 feet away. All you have is a slippery slope argument of that avalancing into him randomly killing other people
