The only thing that I have in my possession from childhood is a little reindeer doll, fits in the palm of my hand. I got this thing at the age of 6 from Ala Moana shopping center. My dad kicked me out of the house at 19, besides my clothes the only thing I was able to bring with me was a handful of CDs which I bought as a teenager. My brother left the house about 2-3 years prior. Apparently everything from my childhood years, including NES, SNES, Sega Genesis and a whole bunch of awesome toys and stuff, boxes of comics were thrown out. I don't know the full details, not sure if my dad actually put everything in garbage bags and had it thrown out, or if he donated it. Even keepsakes of my first girlfriend are gone. Same goes for my brother. But one day when my brother visited me, he gave me the little reindeer doll from long ago. Apparently my mom saw it- she probably had more memories about the doll than I had, and she took it and kept it before my dad threw everything out. And when my dad finally died (I did the math, he had me when he was 48 years old, so yeah he was old already when he kicked me out) and my brother went back home for whatever reason, my mom gave him my doll to give back to me. So that is the only thing I have that survived my childhood. --- Fear of looking in the mirror and seeing who you REALLY are is sadly what makes most people extremely terrible. ... Kamil posted... I guess just to double back. It was nice to read what some people kept. But I have a bunch of Peanuts/Charlie Brown books. One made me tear up because I forgot my mom and dad wrote a personal message in one.I have those too(the peanut books). Thing is I dont know where they are. I left them here at my dads house when I left home 30 years ago. I know that they might be on the shelf but since my dad used my room as storage in the intervening years. I can't get to them. I liked them too. It's one of the baseball ones. When you get baseball you get lots of Lucy and Peppermint Patty. PP was one of my favorite characters --- I was born when she kissed me. Most of my video games and books. I think my dresser is from my childhood, can't remember for certain. Maybe my CRT TV? I know I took one with me when I moved out of my parents house, but I can't remember if it was that one, or if I gave that back to my parents at some point, and got a different one from a former roommate. Oh, and my old watch is somewhere in my closet. It was just a cheap one, and the band has long since been broken off, and the battery long since dead, but it has too much sentimental value for me to actually get rid of it. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Pretty good bit. Mostly video games since I make a point of hanging in to those in case I want to play them again. But also a handful of toys that my boys now play with and a few more that I decided to hang onto because they're cool or collectable. My mom never gets rid of anything (she's legit got signs of hoarding), so there's probably even more of it over at her house if I dared to go check the basement. --- Arguing on CE be all like: https://youtu.be/JpRKrs67lOs?si=kPGA2RCKVHTdbVrJ ... Yeah. Most of it is video game related. I still have the SNES with it's pack in 2 controllers and super mario world my dad got for me like 2 weeks after the SNES launched in the states in August 1991. The NES was my older brother's but I still asked for NES games over the years. I got super mario bros 3 for Christmas in 1990. I was 7 in 90 and 8 when I got my SNES. While I don't have my christmas 1989 gameboy anymore (I took it to school and left my bookbag unattended in gym when I was a highschool freshman. It got stolen. The gameboy color had just came out not too long ago so I had just bought this to replace it) I do still have the first 2 gameboy games I ever owned...the pack-in tetris and fist of the north star. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/3/3df74696.jpg --- GTag:MadDogg730 PSN:lMadDogg NNID:xMadDoggx NS friend code:5313-0564-0819 Go buy cyber shadow like right now. ...
