Man, on the Simulated Universe page, I hate that it shows completion for Swarm Disaster and Gold and Gears. Like I'm 20/24 on the path rewards for Swarm.

I also don't like that I have Gold and Gears on the event page forever. Idk if it'll go away if I get all rewards.

But it's all tempting me to go back and do me but they kinda suck. Maybe Swarm is a joke now with the current roster?

Glad I have someone to actually spend jades on now though. Rappa is whatever and though I liked Sunday as a character in the story I'm not especially interested in playing as him.

MoC not too bad for me this week.

Feixiao is completely and utterly broken. I have her at E0S1 and she's even leaving behind E2S1 Acheron in the dust. Also reasonably flexible with team comp. You can run her as a hypercarry or as a dual dps or even with Topaz/March/Feixiao triple DPS if your other team wants whatever support you have (and in fact this is what I did for stage 12). Stage 12 was also kind of made for Feixiao I think and this might have presented a challenge for this week if I didn't have her. As-is though it was a comfortable 9-cycle with me probably losing a cycle due to a mistake, and using Fu Xuan instead of the obviously faster Gallagher with my super break team just for safety's sake.

Apparently a team of Jade/Himeko/Topaz/Fu Xuan was barely good enough for stage 11 on the side which had the deer boss. I'm sure this wasn't the optimal setup but it was fun to play around with a different strategy for a bit and pretend like I was in Pure Fiction.

MoC not too bad this cycle.

Feixiao and Lingsha make Hoolay side pretty easy.

First half though, lacking Firefly, made me a believer of March 7th super break.

Speaking of, just did a DU with propagation, elation and hunt and March 7th goes nuts.

Did MoC12 in the dreaded 19-cycles-by-a-breath, declared I wouldn't let this shit stand, and went back to finish it with 21 left.

Every time I use my team of Tingyun / Aventurine / Clara / Robin I think it's wack, and then it overperforms. Clara in particular is phenomenal against Hoolay because he's SO fast. He keeps running his face into a Svarog-shaped wall, Wile-E Coyote style.

...Having S5 Dance Dance Dance on Tingyun definitely helps, too.

--Waves will now have 1 boss enemy with continuously refreshing non-boss enemies. Wave ends when the boss is defeated and it's boss HP progress that determines your score.

--Killing non-boss enemies also reduces the boss HP. They seem to be implying this will be more efficient than damaging the boss directly.

--Stage buffs are being changed. Hard for me to tell exactly but it sounds like they will work more like the fights in the Luminary Wardance event where you enter an enhanced state after successfully triggering some passive many times.

Not sure what exactly to make of the changes right now. Gut says they are good changes but I think I'll just have to wait until I can actually play with them.

They seem good to me because it was pretty frustrating when you killed everything but one big one and then your Herta or Clara or whatever was totally useless because they're not geared toward single target.

I am working my way through HSR (my god it takes forever because of compulsive sidequesting but I'm still greatly enjoying it). Argenti's boss theme is so so so good

Literally everyone's boss theme is so, so good. It's unreal how good the soundtrack in this game is, but they've especially nailed all the boss fights.

I miss Argenti's old VA. Did we ever find out what happened to him and Huohuo's VA? Their replacements just don't hit the same.
