I loved the GBA games but man. I was always so jealous of people playing it on the PS2. There was no English release and Im pretty sure there was no English translation either. I even considered buying it and shipping to me from overseas back in the day. Man it looked so fucking sick. Look at this shit.

With Terada out and Banpresto dissolved into Bamco games, I won't expect much.
Even that recent tweet is dubious. They say they're in development of a SRW game, but didn't mentioned if it was a new game. It could've just been a continued development on DD.

I mean I liked the Z series in general. My biggest gripe with SRW games in general though is with how the story progresses. In most games you can't repeat stages, and you don't know which units you get by taking which routes. But the worst part is when there's a unit you really like that joins really late. Like I think in one of the Z games you get Lancelot Albion like 2 or 3 stages before the end of the game, so you would have to play through another run just to get it again <_<

I kinda wish they would just have a NG+ that gave you the option to start with all the units you had. It's like that with Super Heroine Chronicle too. You can't recruit some units until really late game, and so they're only usable for a very limited number of stages :<

Yeah... in SRW Z2.2 if you don't take the right path you only get C.C. in the Lancelot Frontier and Suzaku in the Lancelot Albion in stage 57 out of 60.

I love SRW and I love Ryusei Date.

I played OGs when I was a kid during school. Good times.

I'm surprised all the PS2 games were released after the PS3 came out.
