Yep. The only way I could see this happening is if he had assurances from both Harris and whoever replaces him that they'd do everything possible to make sure his court problems go away. But it's a funny scenario -- promises are made by Harris and the new R candidate, and then Dark Brandon just tosses Trump in Gitmo five minutes after the deal is done.
