This past year Ive gotten a solid, stable job and Ive got enough money now to start pushing out on my own. I managed to find a place with a solid monthly rent cost and its 2 minutes from my job. Property owner reached out to me about meeting not even 10 minutes after I applied. Im really excited and hopes this works out. Ive been with my parents since I graduated college at 22.
