Jaguar34 05/11/24 12:10:58 AM #1:	Not gonna say what she went as but it was a pop culture character. It involved body paint and was seen as culturally insensitive. She could have possibly been arrested for the costume. We want to do Halloween as a couple plus conventions over the next six months but we've gotten older and gotten a little out of touch. We know we want to dress for the events but don't have many recent examples characters we could portray. I mostly watch older anime and she doesn't watch much TV outside of crime dramas and murder porn. She does like dressing up though and she's open to playing roles but I'm not sure what to suggest. She's 5'2" pale skinned and plus sized. I'm tall dark and hairy. About 5'10" Plus sized now but should be lighter in August. Hula skirts over slacks, one guy had temporary tattoos. She had the best part of the speech and painted herself green and went as Te Fiti. The green accented makeup she used at first wasn't bad but when applying it, she ended up applying it all over her face, like a member of the Blue Man Group. The green paint was way darker than expected. She knew it was a mistake but took so much time she did the whole presentation in green face.
