My only problem with the first game was it being annoying to progress some plots with only 1 thing being able to happen per run. I forget what I was working on, but I wanted to focus on this subplot. But after every run, a different plot/subplot would be progressed instead. I think it might have involved the same NPC, but I can't remember for sure. I feel like it involved Thanatos, but it's been several years since I played so I could be wrong. Never got around to finishing that one subplot since I got tired of doing runs that affected something else. This was after I had already beaten the game 10 times I think. And my OCD wouldn't let me start a run then immediately fail so I wouldn't progress the undesired plot.
