The simple fact is, mass audiences don't give a shit about overly sexualized films anymore. That also ran alongside the PG13ification of horror. Now, apart from porn being a click away, even TV shows have nudity. There was definitely a high point around GoT when execs realized people really wanted to see boobies on TV. Now, It's ubiquitous. It's not shocking or titillating anymore.
