Chewy Chips A-Hoy are top tier, but some Oreo flavors (base, peanut butter, mint, some of the weird ones I don't recall off the top of my head) are also.

Chunky Chips A-hoy and Chewy Chips A-hoy are delicious. The regular Chips A-hoy are okay but there are better out there. Still prefer any of them over Oreo though.

Regular Chips Ahoy are made of pressed together sawdust. They're disgusting.

Regular Oreos are fine.

Chewy Chips Ahoy are very good.

Weird flavor Oreos range from fantastic to fine.

I'm gonna say Oreos wins. They're consistently better
