Closure is instant now, which was done to reduce the amount of time SBAllen had to spend responding to feedback tickets. You can un-close an account for the first week after closing it but after that, it is permanent.

That said, I hadn't used this account in a very long time out of fear of her being banned anyway, and Fandom's recent changes basically confirmed that. So I thought I'd at least make one last in-character post to "say goodbye" (as HaRRich referenced).

I honestly think you didn't need to close it and probably could have continued to use it without being modded, especially if you didn't bring attention to it.
