between those two? wheat. but i mostly only eat seeded rye or sourdough.
i dont really like wonder bread so i try to avoid it, regardless of if its white or wheat bread.

i thought wheat bread being healthier was a lie

White generally I hate the crust of wheat bread. Now Dave's killer bread has a wheat bread where the crust has a shit ton of seeds on it and that one I like

This 100%. It's positively vile.

Assuming we're talking specifically about the preservative-packed bagged loaves from national brands and not lumping in stuff like Italian and French bread which can actually be done well.

white bread. My family forbid us from eating it growing up. when i finally got my own place i started buying white bread on a whim and its so hard going back. its so much better

Wheat tastes okay but I prefer white. Rye is nasty.

Kinda depends on the sandwich. Right bread for the right job I say.
