I don't have much at my house currently, Im working with dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands, a kettlebell, Im not the biggest fan of the kettlebell. I also have some of those big balls (no joke intended) I don't know if they have like an workout name. People sit on them sometimes, but I havent really found a use for it yet.

So how is my workout plan, I have been changing it up for a while. What the CE tells me here I will take back to my people in the Wellness topic. LOL

Day 1: Upper Body & Core

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
Dumbbell Flyes (not like these they hurt so might drop)
Band Seated Row
Band Lying Tricep Extension
Band Tricep Pushdown
Band Kneeling Crunch
Band Curl
Planks

Day 2: Lower Body & Core

Glute Bridge
Band Hip Adduction
Band Standing Leg Curl
Goblet Squat
Bench Dip
Dumbbell Step Ups
Band Good Mornings
Dumbbell Calf Raises

Day 3: Full Body

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
Dumbbell Incline Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs
Band Triceps Pulldowns
Band Seated Row
Band Curl
Planks
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows

Seems like a lot of different exercises to try to cram in for even a long workout.

Cmiiw but if you want to build muscles by pushing them to the point of failure, A/B routine (Day1/Day2) will be enough for you. Why do you pile a full body workout on top of that?
