I don't have much at my house currently, Im working with dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands, a kettlebell, Im not the biggest fan of the kettlebell. I also have some of those big balls (no joke intended) I don't know if they have like an workout name. People sit on them sometimes, but I havent really found a use for it yet. So how is my workout plan, I have been changing it up for a while. What the CE tells me here I will take back to my people in the Wellness topic. Cmiiw but if you want to build muscles by pushing them to the point of failure, A/B routine (Day1/Day2) will be enough for you. Why do you pile a full body workout on top of that? ... Copied to Clipboard!
