Specifically Paradise Valley. So excited to go back to my favorite place in the world! Can't wait to leave bipolar Canadian spring weather behind and melt in 95+ degree heat poolside.

Plus I get to go to a concert a few days in, great timing!

Driving down this time too so I might make a pit stop in Vegas on the way down or way back.

Can't wait to rub elbows with all the rich girls in Old Town! 2024 finally looking up!

Consequences of being Canadian but spending a large portion of my childhood in Honolulu is my guess lol. I'm not properly climatized like other Canucks.

Concert is a metalcore band called Secrets and a bunch of smaller acts I'm not familiar with. Excited to see Secrets again though, one of the bands I was absolutely huge into during my warped tour/scene kid days.

Nice, man. I gotta say, I'm shocked to admit that I too miss that sweet southwestern desert weather, its off-roads, and its mountainous scenery. New Mexico definitely earned some brownies for that. It completely contrasts to my plain-jane countryside here in the Dallas metro.

I'm maybe going back in a few more months to start the trim-phase of this huge mansion resting on the mountains and stay again for a almost a month.

Have yet to go to Dallas. My family in Texas is mostly based in the San Antonio metro so I can't comment.

I'd love to go to New Mexico at some point too. I'm a sci-fi geek and I really want to see Roswell and I'd love to check out ABQ as well.

But yeah desert weather is prime. A little much during deep summer, but spring weather is prime activity weather.
