The idea that the CE board might some day be reduced to a single digit number of people who are able to access it is actually amusing. Like a battle royale where they compete to see who can troll or insult the others hardest without being modded and banned from the board.

Sorry but I do feel it is your own fault for letting your karma drop below 50. The 50 karma restriction has been in place for a long time now.

You made your account in March 2023 which gave you plenty of time to rack up enough Karma to get you welll beyond the 50 Karma limit needed for CE and would have given you enough Karma to survive a few Karma loss moderations.

But you decided to only log in here very rarely leaving you vulnerable to not having enough Karma for KL moderations and being able to access the best most active forum on GFAQS in CE.

How long does it take to get 50 karma. I've never paid karma much attention kn this site. To me it's always been a arbitrary number can't think of a time I've had it keep me off some board.

Well you get 1 Karma for every day you are logged in. So in effect you can get 50 Karma in 50 days if you are logged in every day.

They introduced the 50 Karma rule last year I think it was to CE to try and stop the massive flood of trolling that was going on in that forum. It is GFAQS most active board and you would get trolls that were being put into warned or purgatory instantly making new accounts to continue their trolling in CE so to try and stop it they introduced the 50 Karma limit for CE.

There are other boards that you can only entre due to your user level but there is no activity in them.

I'm not the kind of person that obsesses over the moderation staff.

Yeah I knew why they did that. Shoulda been higher basically 2 months ain't nothing to build up a alt.

Thank you for that. I never knew/realized that he was a on several accounts and had been suspended several times from here.

Oh and just to let people know you can no longer talk about politics or hornypost on CE.

His main identity was Alan0_0 and Catboy. He's had dozens of small time accounts afterwards but remembering those are a waste of time. I guess nfearurspicmn was one of them.

Fandoms policy is no politic.
Which is why they closed all politics board. They left the other boards alone because they didnt know that we allowed political talk on other boards.
Only reason they allowed it on CE is because they got stuck up on the name. How can you talk about Currently happening Events without going political?
And that is the reason why they gated CE, to hide the only political board they allow at the moment.
But dont worry, they see this as one of their many experiments that they do, and CE will be closed in less than a year. And then they will move on to close the other social boards.

They've stated one of the reasons to gate CE is because they thought it was "dangerous" because of all the toxicity on it, toxicity that users like TC contributed to and kept the moderator's time from the also toxic game boards.

It's because Im pegged as a bad faith troll when thats not the case. People online these days have forgotten what trolling actually is and just label someone with a different opinion as a troll.
