Been having fun with Runick Chimeras, it's no cards banned in the new event and I took it to Dkayed meta weekly today and it got 33rd.

I've only been running it with other stuff that, one way or another, locks down my normal summon, so I really need to get Ash on the field via OSS anyway. And since OSS can summon it from the hand, I don't even need to run an extra "in case I draw it" copy like I do with Poplar. In other words, the Ash hit doesn't affect me at all! As for WANTED, that does interfere with my larger builds, but in a 40-card deck, I can just swap one WANTED for one Diabell and call it a day~

Yeah if you were running 2/3 Diabell and Wanted, nothing should change. Though I'd say that SE Ash was always max copies all the time

For most of the decks I was running the Diabellstar engine in, I was running 3 Wanted and 1 Diabellstar, so I'll probably swap it to 2 and 2 now. The only deck I was running 3 and 3 in was Rescue-Ace, but it'll probably be fine with 3 and 2.

All the gems I put on Selection pack and I only have 1 Diabellestar lol.

2 WANTED and 1 Diabelle, then.

I can see next month something else will be gone. Maybe Flamberge.

Time for Master Saga S5 E14

This is live commentary. Farfa almost got a fucking playable Mikanko ritual lmao. Kudos for not cheating. Gage has some good options here, and ngl Time Thiefs aren't the worst, but is Marincess Icejade a thing? I mean... why not, right? Doug got sick staples, Floodgate traphole, Gorz, and some decent choices elsewhere.

Farfa went... Numerons. I hope he loses. Farfa's been stepping up his "destroy Gage's butthole" diatribes. MBT influence is a bit bige.

Gage went Icejades, hell yeah. I like it. He's got a great water pool haha pool get it. I swear somebody has Icejade Gymir Aegirine. If it's Gage, he can just pivot to full Icejade. They're not bad and can set up unoutable shit randomly. HE GOT BARONNE?!?!?! Oh it's banned el oh el. I forgot Doug abused her like crazy. Ok Gage's pulls are kinda doodoo, big rip. I'm pretty sure you need Aegirine and her ship thing. His Ghoti pool got good all the sudden, but Guoglim is garbage, sadge.

Doug went Dragonmaid. I don't really agree with it cuz Unchained has always been good in Master Saga. Wait UR Tindangler? That's something to think about. Tiamaton is never not good in sealed. WTF ok he got Sheou and his craft is a double N/R. This slaps.

I hope Farfa loses. Glad we're not seeing the basically invincible Shaddoll Tear, but this is straight up objectively worse. Ok, Gage is working with Fish synchro, which is really powerful in sealed. It's not bad, and seems the Marincess package is still in it. Coelacanth is pretty wild. Gage's decks are just getting better, finally. Uhh... Doug went pend lol eh... It's actually a pretty decent deck, but maybe it's not week 14 decent. I'm actually a fan of Igknights, but can they do anything against Numerons?

The answer is no... This is the worst episode ever. God this is the first time Gage has read any of these cards either. The fucking dinomists do like nothing, wtf. They're like a battle archetype and they just do nothing at battle phase. Who designed these trash?

Gage's continuous stuff has like insane advantage game wtf. ...Ok Doug threw. I can't believe he didn't activate that effect to secure the win. Luckily I don't think Gage knows how to understand that a blue glowing text is the one that activates. He also never drew a tuner. That feels bad but I haven't seen his ratios

Farfa with a decent quandary. I dunno if it'll work the way Farfa thinks but I actually think it'll go in his favor. Nvm, it ruled in Gage's favor, but it fucking banished face down? This is so crazy. Wow, it just comes back face down. So weird. Wow Farfa has Megaclops to plan B if the Numeron OTK doesn't work. That's too strong. Just ban Network. Man Farfa actually has too many things that need bans. Only if the targeted ban thing was still in effect. I swear that's not even that bad of a rule. Gage should've diversified. That's the whole point of the series

Ok I got 1500 on both Xyz and Synchros. I do want to inflate the Xyz number a bit more lol cuz they're actually really powerful.

But I got an absolute banger game vs Branded. You know how crazy it got was that I skipped Ashing the Branded Fusion because I had Nibiru in hand. He even bit the bait of expending more resource to summon Albaz to fuse with my Nibiru, because I had called by to counter his Branded in Red the next turn, banishing his Albaz to fizzle his shit.

The end result is that I normal summoned Ash, which eventually let me climb to PEP, who secured the game with Chungus. It was a pretty masterful hold

Getting 50%ish WR with Therion Invoked. It's honestly not a good deck at all. Extremely prone to bricking and hand traps. When it pops off tho, it's pretty hard

Hard draw Therion King Regulus while you're using Terrortop + Taketomborg engine for an omni negate.

Actually, maybe you can Merrymaker into Gigantic Sargas then fetch King Regulus /somehow/.

It's for the Fusion part of the current event, so I can't Xyz sadly. But that is what I would do were I in the Xyz category.

The biggest problem really is that Therions can't fucking equip from hand. I really dunno why they're made that way and then have like a single spell that allows pitching of Therion cards.

Also had a SwoSo fucko counter my ass with D Fissure. Turns out it fucking turns off Regulus

I don't know what I'm more terrified of: the fact that SP Little Knight just got leaked for the May selection pack, or the fact that Master Duel might have SP Little Knight and Spright Elf legal in the same format, something that the OCG and TCG never experienced. On the bright side, at least it'll only cost 30 UR dust to craft like all the other UR's and it won't be a $120 card that prices people out of the format like it is in the TCG.

That actually sounds like something Konami would do. If they think they might need to ban her in the future, then pre-hitting the card to 1 before release means they would only have to refund 1 UR card worth of materials when they ban her instead of 3. Plus, not many decks in the OCG/TCG are running 2 of her even when they can, and even fewer would run 2 in Master Duel if they know they can just bring the first one back with Spright Elf.

Clean swept skill drain event with Eldlitch. I'm happy about it but only beat a Rescue ace player because I went first and had a negate for rescue.

SP at 1 is relevant cuz it's usually used as a stepping stone to Isolde, and you'd want to have one that's not a stepping stone

Hell yeah! I finally made it to Master V for the first time. My last match was against a Mikanko deck and I have a history of sucking shit against them lol but I was able to play smart this time and come in clutch.

The only time I won against Mikanko was when I negate everything they put, and when I drew 2 Gameciels.

Fu-Ri with Mayowashidori active is such an impressive wall that renders anything with the word 'target' instantly useless.

Unfortunately, my condition is the same as Lemur's in that my most used stuff target a lot.

My R-Ace supremacy deck has been complete with some potential changes that could be made. I beat a poor Cyberdark player on the gold ladder but otherwise I haven't really played much of it. It's a really strong deck with few weaknesses but it's probably not as strong as playing just Snake Eyes. Hard to say really.

Lol just saw your post on reddit too. Kag ary is a great royal, but you have to make sure to use the right one. If it's for the OTK, you have to use it to grab Linkage. If it's just to grab Engage then tbh you should use your lowest rarity

In Shadowverse, there's a hero mode where you get fixed deck and characters with skills. It's poorly balanced, but I just took a supposed low tier deck to the final stage. It genuinely had skill expression, and I think people are overlooking something that makes this deck extremely stupidly good. I thought the deck was terribly made cuz it wins super late, but turns out they were cooking. You can do some really wild rush type moves

I ended up beating like 3 Grand Master rank ppl on the way. Pretty wild
