Im in the process of cleaning my aquarium. Theres a tiny parrot inside that seems incredibly frightened. He is hiding under a log, trying its best to conceal itself from the looming net. His friends have already gotten got, and he knows he is next. Like I know I am not personifying him but I can see the fear in his little fishy eyes and I felt bad. Oh well he gots to get got too. He was scooped up, and put in the bucket.

Kidding aside last time I changed water I had a total loss of my fish. This time I put the fish in tank water and I am going to let the new water hang out after it is full for 30 mins and let the prime do its job. My Oscar is already looking drunk in freaking tank water so I don't know what is up with that. But nevertheless, I am confident that today be good on for my fishes. Just in case their was something wrong in the water in my other tank I did a full change. And my turtles are loving it. They even went basking for the first time in while.

No. I don't feel bad because I know that I'm helping them even if they don't like it. I usually give them something nice afterwards if they behave though.

No. Even when my dog doesnt enjoy something that Im doing, he seems to understand that its being done to help him.

Not the same but had a dude said I babied my dog too much cause I would scratch some itches for her just cause I figure it's way harder for a dog to scratch spots compared to us humans.

She would always seem so happy when I did it too.

But more on your note yeah I hate doing things that's for the animals benefit but they don't understand and don't like it.

No. In fact I find it hilarious when I bust out either Broom Monster or Vacuum Monster and all three cats always run right into the direction in which I'm cleaning

Well Finally done with that. I need to consolidate my tanks. Maybe sell the ones I have and get a bigger one. Cleaning out two tanks is hard. My Oscar is still being odd. The turtles are acting like nothing happened. My rope Fish never came out of his rock.
