When the first thing they do is ask for your name, theyre going to be whiny Karens. Ive been at my job for over 5 years and there has never been an exception.

People can be nice and at the end of the call ask for your name so they can say Well thank you very much for your help _____. But when they start with something like Hi, who am I speaking with?, theyre going to complain.
