I have it to an extreme when I know theres new people at college who i will have to see and be around the same room for a consistent year and how they could be an ass.
Every human in the building staff or student is so genuine nice or harmless as of now so Im real glad how that works out in everyones favour. theres been a suspicious kid who behaved off by how his body language was he seemed so uninterested and depressed but he left in 5 days of doing it he did 0 work and kept lying his head on the desk I dont know how he was but he gave me vibes that hes incredibly shy and putting an emotional well up cos when teachers talked hed behave nonchalant and i saw my mental self in him when i was in the psych ward

idk if anxious is the right term for me. im very high strung now though. work has spread me til theres no more to spread. i break down almost daily lol

I was diagnosed with situational anxiety. I dont have GAD which is a relief, because that must be difficult to live with. So I put down mild anxiety.

Not nearly as much as I used to be. While things are still kind of tough, life is relatively more stable and I think working out has helped me too. Not nearly as depressed either. Plus weed helps, not that I recommend it for everybody.

Thanks, and I think I'm in the 90 percent range. Not sure how it is down on your end of the state. Il probably forget all about and miss it. I missed the last one due to clouds. I don't have any glasses anyway and don't want to flash fry my eyeballs.

It used to be so bad for me that I was having regular panic attacks. Thankfully that's not happening anymore but my anxiety does still affect me sometimes.

No, Im not somebody who suffers with anxiety.
Thats not to say that Ive never experienced any sort of anxiety. Im sure everybody has, but mine has always been appropriate to the situation and has never really interfered with my life in a dramatic way.

The last time I was anxious it was about moving to another country, which I think is perfectly normal, and my excitement outweighed any anxiety.

its so obvious from peoples posts theyre faking it I know you best from 5 lines of text every day accumulated over the years on CE You should know that the way you type is absolutely accurate to how people behave irl no ifs or butts! If you can yell at people having an offensive wrong opinion about their political views then you can talk to people like everyone else with no push. Guys its literally the same thing except using your voice, body language, peoples appearance irl has no effect on your confidence studys say and its all a trick to make people think the way the leaders want!

It's funny. Much of CE thinks the sex board is a cesspool, and much of the sex board thinks CE is a cesspool. I have been mostly fine at both places.

I made some posts and topics incredibly briefly in 2021 or some time when I was feeling strongly. It seems some people there were doom and gloom about their sex appeal I remember I was loathing too but when I was truly a self loather at my highest point I hated admitting it anywhere cos its too vulnerable looking to others reading for my taste about just my appearance. I'm only talking myself here I'm aware that people cope differently cos I have a thing called awareness of others feelings (ok I have paranoia I'm not that accurate and I read into everything too hard or very rarely on some areas too little but I think I good at knowing subtle behaviour thanks to my nanas behaviour all her life)

Nah, I can get anxious / nervous about things like any normal person, but I don't have it to a degree where it could be considered a disorder or whatever

I don't like any self loathers when they start self loathing. stop it. If you're a likable person you will get friends and if you're likable and no friends you could be unlikeable (only they know with reflection) but it's more likely the fault is you're not being social enough or standing out. Start talking first to them (easier said than done i know) don't hate a girl you like the look of cos they aren't paying attention to you when you haven't done anything relevant or given hints of how you behave to others not just her. If you have no people you talk to they can't judge you cos the only thing they can see is your general appearance and body language to help and that's not good enough I'm afraid!
If you don't gon out for a long time like literally me speaking from experience you will have deteriorated in your social skills and general charisma as well as the fact if you shut in for ages you could possibly look worse by weight gain or idk lack of personal body care on some cases.
If you hate how you look its possible it shows in your body language mayben that's big too.
I don't even think people I see In public are ugly I see highlights of attractive aesthetics and average

I feel normal people levels of anxiety at mostly appropriate times. Nothing that debilitating

RIP, sorry to hear you think that now.

Most people don't have clinical, crippling anxiety. It exists. Same goes for other mental health disorders such as depression. They 100% exist. Most people that claim to have it are either just medicating away some discomfort, or are looking for attention. So many people claim to have it, and theres no way everyone does. Everyone gets anxious or depressed at times. For those that truly have a mental health disorder, sorry to hear that: good luck to you.
