That includes the main search on google.com as well as any forms of disgused google search, eg typing search terms into a browser address bar set up to use google search for non-URLs

Please actually try to think about the question and not just answer with a snap judgement of "Well I don't pay for it now obviously I'd never pay for it LOL". Like it's okay if you want to choose that you wouldn't pay anything but at least spend a bit of time picturing not using it anymore and consider whether it actually would be worth some small amount of money to you.

I know there are, that's why the first two options are there. google search is overwhelmingly the most popular, though, so I suspect it's what the majority of people here are using, are used to, and like. So I'm curious how much people would be willing to pay to continue using it if it had a cost

I actually also recently switched to duckduckgo which is part of what inspired this topic

I'm not sure if it's really better or worse yet but there have been moments where I felt like I should have been able to find something but wasn't

Depends what other decent options are charging in this scenario tbh. It's useful enough that I could see myself paying up to $5/mo or so for a search engine.

I use Yahoo as my main search engine. Google is my secondary choice.

If I had to pay for Google search I would just go elsewhere like Bing or Duckduckgo.
