Hopefully youre having fun! And yep, its quite fun. Except for the line to get in. This is the first year they started having security to get in, and so the lines are horrendous. And you need to go back in that line to get in if you leave, so its either eat mediocre and overpriced convention food, or go out to eat and wait about 45 minutes to get back in :< And I like Monster a lot which has gone up from $2 to around $3 in the span of a few years. At the concession a single can is EIGHT DOLLARS. I saw it flying around attached to some lady's hat while my friends and I were playing board games and at first I thought it was some funny mechanical accessory since the leash was attached to the top of her hat. I paid for his $20 entry on the condition that if he won it all, I would just get $25 and the rest of the prize money was his. I watched him play Londrekia when we have weekly/biweekly get togethers at another friends house so I wasnt too worried about him losing. Hes ridiculously good at fighting games and I also made another $5 before from a Granblue Rising tournament where he just swept every match and didnt lose a single time lol And in the Tekken 8 tournament, another one of my friends got 3rd out of 72 entrants, and he even beat Pitvyper, one of the top players from Colorado. But it was hilarious that he made it that far because he used, and I quote, the most headass strategy lol.
