Villain_S_Fiend 03/30/24 8:05:50 PM #1:	I can joke about something being wrong with her, "more for me", etc., but now I find myself having to sub in cashews in a recipe that calls for pistachios (we're making it for her cousin's Easter picnic). Now don't get me wrong; I like cashews, but pistachios are the money nut, and part of why I was looking forward to making this recipe. On the other hand, if the dish isn't a hit, I can throw her under the bus for her terrible nut preferences. I fear this deletion of pistachios from my regular diet moving forward may break me. Can I possibly sustain? --- The food here is terrible. You don't need to cater everything to her tastes. This is the first time making the dish, and I want her to try it for the first time with me. Plus, I kind of am just making it for the two of us - I don't really care that others will have any.
