Yeah, I know shes likely next patch, but Im mostly focused on building my Acheron team atm and Aventurine just seems better than FX with the extra debuffs. Plus if I do wanna build towards the FUA team, hes pretty key to that too.

Is the enemy damage up from the last part of Aventurine's LC considered a debuff?

Prydwen says yes. Plus his Ult debuffs too. You could also still use Trend on him if you want to go that route as well.

OK well I got the Aventurine LC in a single 10 pull with like 15 pity since that last accidental second Acheron LC pull....

Oh, wait, there was that one pull with both Himeko and Kafka in it....at the time it didn't feel that great considering the meta then lol.

Aventurine MoC 10 feels impossible to 3-star with my roster. The dice rolling phase is just brutal. Guess I'm settling for 33 stars.

Someday I will pull a 5* before hitting soft pity. Today was not that day.

Unfortunately means I probably wont be able to get Aventurines light cone, so will probably need to stick with Trend for now.

Yeah I'm having a lot of trouble with this MoC 12 also even though I have a team that can 1-cycle the first half >.>

Clara/Aventurine and others seems to work well for the second half which is probably my best bet, but neither character is built well enough yet since Aventurine is new and I don't use Clara too often

I guess its good I havent grinded Clara relics. For now Im raising the traces of Asta and Hanya because I dunno why really.

I am so screwed. I want Jingliu e1, Robin, and Fu.

Ok managed to get 3 stars on MoC 12. Think it was more a matter of figuring out the right team for my account and understanding the Aventurine boss mechanics a bit better, because on the run where I beat it I actually did the first half one cycle slower than the team was capable of.

Used Fu Xuan/Sparkle/Silver Wolf/Acheron for side 1 and Ruan Mei/Aventurine/Clara/Jingliu for side 2. (For reference the team that could 1-cycle the first half swapped Fu Xuan for Aventurine with Trend of the Universal Market which gives (E2) Acheron all the ultimates, but I really think I needed Aventurine on side 2)

Initial reactions are Aventurine is very strong. Not really even done building him, but he was able to solo sustain side 2 of this fight relatively comfortably while Fu Xuan wasn't at all, in addition to providing actually reasonable damage of his own. Also provides the team with a CRIT DMG buff and tons of Effect RES, but Fu Xuan does have comparable abilities there at least.

For 2.3

Will be able to directly fight the bosses to earn planers in SU after your first run of the week.

New biweekly challenge being added alongside PF and MoC, seems to be boss focused (Single target finally getting a mode?).

Getting Aventurine to 4K def was pretty easy, even with only an S1 Trend. Need to do a little tweaking on some relics and finish up some traces, but otherwise hes good to go.

ZZZ dated for July 3rd.

Hope the PS5 release doesnt take 6 months this time.

Im starting on PS5 this time either way. I was too lazy to make a second PSN and have to swap accounts daily just for HSR and Genshin plus everything else I play

Did an Elation run with Topaz/Clara/Aventurine/Ratio, which is the first time Triple DPS has made any sense I think.

I'd love to try other teams with broken paths but don't think i can do SU without Acheron anymore lol. Her technique too good.

Im probably gonna take a crack at Topaz next patch just to have the full FUA team. Probably unlikely considering I burnt through my whole jade stash on Aventurine, but at the moment reruns are the only thing Im interested in until 2.4 anyway.

We should know who's in 2.3 within the next couple days, probably starting tomorrow night?

Yeah I think thats when the reveals start. Im 99% expecting Sam and Jade.

What makes it tough to call is that literally all those Annihilation children could come out of nowhere as a surprise reveal at any time.

I hope they were all just trolls and none of them ever actually show up because Acheron killed them all

Oof, that ZZZ release date is less than a week after Dawntrail is due out. My interest in it was somewhat waning over time anyway (perhaps not getting into multiple play tests will do that), but now it has XIV to contend with as well.

As for Firefly, 2.3 can't come soon enough.

Yeah, I know there's a lot of overlap between those fanbases on here, so the release proximity is not ideal!

I mean what's ZZZ gonna be as far as a time sink goes, 10 hours followed by half hour daylies lol.

I don't expect to take more than a week to beat the Elden Ring DLC, and I'm sure there will be ample time when I don't have PS5 access where I can slip ZZZ in during Dawntrail.

I took 4 days off of work for Endwalker, but I don't think the same spoiler rush is a thing to worry about here....though I suppose the entire marketing campaign of this being the breezy expansion could all be a bit and switch!

Unless the 4* Screwllum rumor ends up being true, first ever full 100% mystery 4* tomorrow night.

We knew about every 4* up to Gallagher over half a year ago (other than actual release timing).

Seems like it would be a weird patch for Screwllum. My guess would have been 4* Sunday, but idk if he even has any hint of existing from leaks.

To be fair they actually managed this in 2.1.

But I really don't expect Boothill to be the actual driving force of 2.2 unlike Aventurine.

Doesn't Boothill have a weakness-ignoring ability like Acheron? He might not be DOA if they juice his numbers and debut the Hunt mode at the same time. Unlike Argenti and Erudition which they only tried to sell after his banner was already over.

I'm honestly more skeptical of Robin tbh, she seems like a support without a niche currently
