I smoke one cigarette per day, after dinner.

I couldn't cope with the idea of quitting altogether, so that was my way of getting down from a pack a day.

No. My dad was a heavy smoker when I was growing up and I hated it. The smoke was nasty and every week when I had to do chores and was doing dishes I had to wash the ashtrays and it was so disgusting. I never understood people who willingly wanted to smell like an ashtray and be disgusting. It honestly baffles me.

I'll smoke around 5-6 cigs a week on average. Generally 1 a day on the way to work.

But can also go weeks and even months without touching them without any effects. I did go a few years without touching them as well a few years ago.

Can't smoke weed due to industry testing regulations. I actually haven't been physically tested for at least a year and a half at this point but it doesn't matter since everybody in my industry does it (drug testing, that is) so...it would be a huge hurdle if I one day decided to up and leave for another company.

I was a pretty heavy smoker until vapes became a thing. Now I do more that, but during the winter when I can't bike to work I have a cig or two on the walk to/from.

I quit cigs many years ago, and still maybe have a few on occasion, but its only like once every year or 2.

I vape regularly though.

THC is also good, but Im almost exclusively on gummies at this point. Ill smoke flower on rare occasions, mostly when Im hanging out with friends.

I've never smoked cigs but enjoy a bit of green occasionally.

I've dabbled here and there in smoking some harder stuff, but it's been a while and I was able to put the brakes on that before it became a serious problem. Alcohol has been my only real addiction.

I don't smoke, but I grew up around smokers and I find tobacco smoke calming.

I used to do hookah when I was younger because my friends did it. My lungs got bad and I have asthma, so I completely stopped after a bit.

I started taking edibles because recreational marijuana became legal, but I wont smoke the stuff for my lungs.

Friend- I was a caretaker for her. The same as my aunt. She had a family of 5 siblings. 2+ siblings died similar. Also her father. She also was his caretaker. So that hits real hard

Sister was a smoker, but was a alcoholic. The alcohol is what killed her

My brother is also a smoker. Is having health issues similar to what happened to my mother when she got her cancer.

Its always been one of those things where I think it looks insanely cool in fiction, but don't care to be around it in day to day life. I grew up around my dad smoking like a chimney and turning my old SNES half-yellow, lol.

(Both my dad and youngest sister were hardcore smokers for a good while. My dad quit cold turkey around 2003 since getting a stroke scared him pretty bad and my sister also quit at some point).
