i always felt i had low testosterone, medications and therapy don't help much so been thinking maybe i have hormone problems, aka testosterone. maybe not but...

my hair grows really slow, i got my first hair cut in like two years the other day, not sure if it'll grow back the same again, plus it took two years. the length i'm at now, real short could stay that short for more than a few months, i've seen it before. my facial hair takes a few weeks to grow even the slightest, than after over a month i shave it due to it being uncomfortable.

my depression and anxiety has always been on the severe side, as far as sexual which has never been with a partner i release to quick, if i can manage a second time its quick too. also sometimes i just don't even think of it at all for a couple of weeks and don't bother.

thanks!

Recommend some anime, preferably completed series or in the least, series that feel like they ended well.

Under absolutely no circumstances should you ever attempt to self-medicate a suspected hormonal imbalance without consulting a doctor to at least figure out if you actually have one. If you do have one, they can work with you to medicate and correct it. If you don't have one, you're going to create one if you try taking any sort of hormone supplements.

Some stuff a doctor might tell you to do anyway;

Also everyone has different levels of test and it's not necessarily good or bad. A doctor might presecribe you meds if your levels are way too low.

Talk to a physician and literally just say everything you wrote there. Ask about TRT. But be aware it's expensive. Also if you're concerned about premature ejaculation I don't think increased testosterone is going to fix that. If anything might make it ever "worse." That's more of a mental thing.
