because SpaceX is receiving NASA funding.

if the government wanted to land on the moon again, they could. the work they're doing now is about refining the technology so we can(maybe, eventually) make it to Mars and beyond in the distant future. that's why rockets are exploding on launch. we didn't forget how to send them to the moon; we're trying to refine the technology to go much, much further than that.

you have to remember that rockets weren't even invented until around WW2. 25 years later we were building rockets able to make it to the moon. technology takes time, and you have to remember that Mars is an average of 140 million miles from Earth, while the Moon is only 239,000 miles.

Yeah, I guess it's fair to say it's SpaceX in general.

I was mostly remembering back to when he handicapped the Ukrainian army in crimea, I think, by blocking out the starlink network in that region, spiting the U.S. and its interests, even though we give a shit ton of money to him to even launch those satellites.

elon "funding secured" musk should've been punished properly when he manipulated his share price through tweets.

Or unless they're stupid enough to go on a submarine trip to the Titanic in a craft that wasn't meant to withstand the pressure of those depths?
