Every local GameStop Ive seen is too small for a self checkout. It wouldnt work.

Nope. There's no room for another register at my nearest GameStop, so they'd have to replace the only one they have with it. On top of my objections to replacing human workers with machines, I'm pretty sure all it would accomplish would be ensuring that all the games get stolen before I even get there.

How would that work? They only put the box on the shelf. They take the game out from the drawer when they're giving it to you.

I actually forgot all about Redbox.

Youll be forced into allowing them to sell all your info and buy the rewards program and leave a tip with no way to decline.
plus every new game will be opened, with stickers on the case and fingerprints on the disc

yes the kiosk has to undergo maintenance between 2pm - 3pm everyday and the store has to close while this happens

Might as well just buy some old red boxes and sell games from those.

No, lol. I didn't stop shopping at GameStop because of the cashier.

I stopped shopping at GameStop because they buy games new, open them, unlock all the content, smear chocolate (MAN I hope it was chocolate) all over the booklet, then still sell them as new.

I stopped shopping at GameStop because they stopped dealing in retro games almost 20 years ago.

I stopped shopping at GameStop because the online storefronts have better sales.

I stopped shopping at GameStop because I don't care about Funko Pops or phone holders.

In short, I stopped shopping at GameStop because it's the single worst vidja shop in the world, that only succeeds because they picked the best brand name.

Why yes I did want a buy none get them all deal thank you gamestop.

Also they all smell like Gamestops. Anyone else ever notice that? It's a distinct combination of, like, plastic and rubber or something, which somehow every GameStop smells like but nothing else in the universe also smells like.
