Cut up cloth: Old pieces of fabric cut into small pieces that are used, then put into a bin, and dumped into the washing machine to be cleaned later.
Newspaper: Newspaper but used like toilet paper lol. Put in a plastic bag to be burned outside later. Soap and water: Water is in a bottle to be used as a sort of hand held bidet. Better than poison ivy, it is great at cleaning windshields too. Or it used to be at least, it could have changed.

Newspaper isnt that rough though, heck it is easy to soften too, just crumple it a bunch or rub it against a rock a little bit first if needed.
