Yuzu pretty much can run all of Switch's major titles better than an actual Switch can. Even if they stop the main devs from doing updates, Yuzu already has a huge percentage of compatibility among Switch libraries. Yuzu did those things. They aren't going after other Switch emulators that don't do those things. legendarylemur 03/04/24 11:01:00 PM #37:	First off, it's like with the Palworld thing, these lawsuits always take an eternity to happen. They're gathering impeccable evidence before doing anything. That's just gonna be the same for any corp, but there were a lot of people who were like how come they're not doing anything about it? They knew most of the facts behind the case as well as the Yuzu crew did, and they let Yuzu off easy because Nintendo also acknowledged that most of the main team specifically put patches in place that prevents piracy.
