I don't like the idea of people having anything but a pic of themselves (and maybe their significant other alongside) as a profile picture.

But a place like this where you are pretty much anonymous yeah it's Allright.

Also I don't know why but it irks me more when someone's profile picture is just a picture of their car or maybe they are in the pic too but the focus is clearly the car

Posting on GameFAQs is weird to begin with. So it doesn't matter what your pro pic here is as long as it isn't something nasty

On social media websites, it basically lets everyone know you're a geek. So "weird" yes but acceptable enough as long as it's not some hentai type shit like a waifu or worse a shota/loli. franky the worst people on these sites aren't the ones with anime pro pics
