You have to disclose your first and last name along with an email address to a third party in order to participate in their share buying program. I presumed reddit reached out to everyone considering how increased shareholders would benefit their bottom line. Has anyone else gotten a message or are they being selective in terms of usage history and karma? Doesn't make sense if the latter applies.

No. My account is over 10 years old but only have 5,000 karma. Also don't have any name attached to the account.

I used Reddit once about ten years ago to research an area I was moving to, and that is all. I got one in the email. Assumed it was phishing or a scam so I trashed it. ... Copied to Clipboard!
