The games and often manuals are good quality, they often have fun extras like collectible cards and I've never had them fail to deliver a game .... eventually. It really can take nearly a year for delivery sometimes. It's partly explained in that they do these orders before they produce the games so they know how any copies to make and partly because afaik, they're just really really slow. I'd also recommend doing research before you buy because they treat every game as equal; a fan favorite obscure title finally getting a physical release or a popular hot downloadable game getting one is treated with the same reverence and often the same amount of collector's editions as some old garbage game that's trash. They release way more games than their model needs, and people might end up buying something not great or they don't need because of fomo. If you don't count collections, it has the largest Mega Man library. It was the western world's introduction to Fire Emblem. It had a ton of creative genre-changing 2D sequels to 3D games, too, like the Zone of the Enders game that was actually an SRPG, or the Kingdom Hearts game that was card-based. Phoenix Wright got his start on the GBA.
