Thats sad, and kind of makes all the subterfuge even more odd because A) they said her surgery was not cancer-related, and B) Charles has cancer and was very forthright about it. I get that you dont want to draw attention but it wound up as classic Streisand Effect because of the attempted cover up.

SCOTUS is holding oral arguments over access to mifepristone right now.

You can tell Alito and Thomas want so badly to ban it. There have been some questions regarding whether the anti-abortion group has standing to bring this case and that, even if they did, how in the world restricting access to mifepristone remedies their alleged harm - even by Gorsuch and Barrett so there's a chance but I'd be feeling very nervous about this. Beyond even just mifepristone they could eviscerate the power of the FDA to regulate drugs by overturning them here.
