I will say that if I found the headline myself, I would have had the context that the headline was on ESPN and therefore likely relevant to sports, and I think I'd have been a lot more likely to interpret the message correctly.

yeah, on a gaming board, it's this.

a game would not be called "Judge: Toe" but could be an acronym, and Judgement is often used in game titles, so could be, like, Judge: Trial of Eternity or Judge: The Order Eclipsed or whatever
