I was in a Catboy one at one point (ROFL), I was in the CEgal one before it died (well, I'm still technically there, but it's beyond dead), and was in another (I think it was Ankha's?) but had a mental health breakdown once and left.

Forums are cool. Huh huh huh. Also I am putting this out there. The unique list of unique users is barely around a 1,000. :/ maybe there is vpns and a ton of alts.

I know there are easily at least a 1,000 people here. It does feel very un-natural. Still prefer this place to Reddit, I guess. But I never signed up.

Also I am a board hunter. It shocks me when I see say an angel show up. But there was just one. There are still really small communities.

Discord is fun. You can easily video or just voice chat with anyone. I got just in before video was more common and people had creative video work around.

I understand that, but basically every interaction I've seen someone have with you on here has been positive. Assuming you don't try to hijack the chat at every moment to go on about your woes, you'll be accepted just fine.

the 1st one i was in got deleted and then i got invited to another one. idr the owner of the 2nd one it could have been the same as the 1st. umm damn idr the username of the 1st discord's owner tbh but i could probably pick it out from a group of usernames.

i think catboy was the only person i chatted w/ in the discords lol. well at least i think it was catboy it could have been another infamous user i forget

Let's not mention the supposed bad ones. I am just in the drinking one. I wish I was in the kBelf one. That sounded like insanity and hilarity.

The whole "band practice" debacle was legendary.

Im not. I am in like 15 Discords but rarely talk in more than two.

The kbelf one is close to being dead these days. Sometimes only an few messages a day.

forum spinoff discords tend to be what catches all the cast-offs, so i have little interest in them. i don't want to hear from the people who couldn't make it on current events.

As someone who has a history of clogging CE (and other places) up with that kind of thing, I definitely relate with that... but there's no harm in trying if you're already there, right?

spinoff discords are for people who were so desperate for attention and conflict that they couldn't hack it on the forum off of which they were cast. universally.

same as spinoff forums, really.

i'm not saying that everyone who goes to one fits that description, just that they sort-of serve as a filter and that's who they catch!

I was in belf's for a while, but either it died after that incident or I was booted for inactivity.
Now I break bread with the apostles of the twilight princess once a week. Cept I've fallen into inactivity there too. ._.
