In the original Ultimate Marvel Universe, Hulk goes around completely naked all the time because he actually does rip Bruce's pants apart during the transformation.

I mean you see them completely engulfed by beams and at worst they emerge at worst missing a shirt or something. Like in DBS for example

Jiren let Vegeta charge up a bigass Final Flash and he just stood there and took it, and emerged fully clothed

I think the only time I remember there being actual "realistic" clothes destruction was on Namek
