It's good thing DeSantis is where charisma goes to die.He is, but he had a far better shot at winning a nation wide election than Haley and Trump. The main problem the party has is courting voters. The republican party becoming the MAGA party has made it near impossible for state wide Republicans to win elections because they're so batshit insane. Due to that insanity, they'll never vote for a minority, limiting their options even more. Desantis is arguably more extreme than trump and he would have been able to court the Romney crowd as well, forming an actual coalition of voters, something trump cannot do. --- lolAmerica ...
