phone call? Even for calls that are not in your home? yeah so it would be possible for others to hear your conversation...etc...

I hate being on the phone. I hate being around people while on the phone as I don't like my conversations heard even if they are 100% non-private. I loathe people who do speakerphone in public.

you see people do that in public often? Isn't this like more common in like nyc, not sure. Why do you hate that they do speaker?

Fuck no. I'm an extremely private person. I don't even like to take phone calls in public when it's not on speaker. Putting the call on speaker is the last thing I'd do.

I occasionally see people do this at like a store. Because it's loud, and nobody wants to hear that.

I like to whenever I can.

This sounds a bit tin foil hat, but I just don't really like the idea of radio waves beaming close to my head for long periods of time, so yeah speaker phone.

Also I enjoy listening to the radio and music through the speaker. I've stopped using ear buds because I like to conserve whatever hearing I have left and avoid worsening tinnitus.
