Brussel sprouts are amazing. Pan with some EVOO, Salt, Pep, Garlic powder, onion powder and a good bit of red pepper flakes. Chef's kiss. That's what I do with basically all the veggies I make, and it's always great. Brussels sprouts have a chemical that makes them taste weird to anyone that has a certain gene, similar to how cilantro tastes like soap to some people.
